Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Bhubaneswar. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline for construction and infrastructure projects. Daily tasks include meeting prospective and existing clients, presenting service offerings, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms in coordination with senior management. The role involves supporting marketing initiatives such as local campaigns, events, and digital outreach, while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and market intelligence. The specialist will collaborate with project and management teams to ensure client needs are understood, service delivery aligns with expectations, and relationships are strengthened through consistent follow-up and customer service.
Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Demonstrated Sales experience, including prospecting, lead conversion, and meeting revenue targets.
  • Experience in Sales Management and Training to support team performance and alignment with business goals.
  • Knowledge of construction or infrastructure services and local market dynamics is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
