Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Lucknow. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, conducting customer service activities, and delivering training to sales teams. The individual will also support sales management efforts to enhance revenue growth and drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging and building rapport with clients
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets and developing strategies
• Proficiency in Training and guiding sales teams to meet business objectives
• Ability to work collaboratively with a focus on achieving business goals
• Proactive, results-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the energy solutions industry is a plus
