Role Description
Brewiing Talent is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and manage our sales team in achieving strategic business goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The Head of Sales will oversee sales strategies, manage key client accounts, coordinate team activities, track performance metrics, and foster a high-performing sales culture. They will collaborate with other departments to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s market presence.

Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management experience to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
- Proficiency in Account Management and nurturing client relationships
- Exceptional Team Management skills to motivate and lead a high-performing sales team
- Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and strategy formulation
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and thrive in a competitive environment
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
- Experience in the healthcare training or professional development industry is advantageous
