Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Sales Support

1.1 Assist the sales team in managing client inquiries and follow-ups.

1.2 Understand client requirements and share suitable property options.

1.3 Coordinate and schedule property site visits with clients.

1.4 Maintain and update records of leads, client interactions, and site visits in Excel/CRM.

  • Marketing Support

2.1 Post and update property listings on real estate portals such as MagicBricks, 99acres, and Housing.com.

2.2 Support social media activities by posting regularly on LinkedIn and Instagram.

2.3 Create and upload property reels, posts, and project updates.

2.4 Monitor and respond to basic inquiries received through online platforms.

  • Lead Management

3.1 Track and update leads generated from online portals and digital campaigns.

3.2 Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.

3.3 Maintain organized data of leads, inquiries, and marketing activities.
