Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern located in Gurgaon. The intern will be involved in day-to-day activities such as assisting the sales team in identifying leads, supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, providing exceptional customer service, conducting market research, and contributing to sales strategy and training programs. The role requires close collaboration with team members to achieve business objectives and facilitate client engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Understanding of Sales and Sales Management principles to help execute sales strategies and initiatives effectively.
• Ability to assist in Training efforts to enhance team capabilities and optimize performance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic business needs.
• Proficiency in basic office tools such as MS Office and CRM platforms is advantageous.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
