Job Summary
Levenus Promaxx Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, generate leads, and strengthen the company's presence in the real estate and construction sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline marketing channels.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into successful sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage social media promotions, digital campaigns, and local marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements and Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Real Estate or Construction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation techniques will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
