Job Summary

Levenus Promaxx Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, generate leads, and strengthen the company's presence in the real estate and construction sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.



Key Responsibilities 

  • Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline marketing channels.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into successful sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage social media promotions, digital campaigns, and local marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.



Requirements and Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Real Estate or Construction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation techniques will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned locations as required.



Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
