Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive based in Shupiyan. The role involves planning and executing sales and marketing activities to promote Cemtac Cements’ products in assigned territories. Daily responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential customers, conducting market visits, building and maintaining relationships with dealers, contractors, and project stakeholders, and achieving sales targets. The executive will conduct market research, gather competitive intelligence, and provide feedback on customer needs and industry trends. The role also includes coordinating promotional campaigns, supporting brand-building initiatives, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective sales and promotional strategies.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze demand, track competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Candidates should possess strong Sales skills to generate leads, convert opportunities, negotiate terms, and meet assigned targets.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with customers, dealers, and internal teams clearly and professionally.
  • Relevant experience in building materials, cement, or construction-related industries is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Shupiyan, travel within the region, and manage field activities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset, and capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
