Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division for a Sales and Marketing professional. The role will involve driving sales initiatives, identifying and engaging new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate will play a key role in strategizing and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and driving customer engagement through innovative solutions and approaches. Collaboration across teams to optimize sales efforts and leverage marketing insights will be a critical aspect of this position.


Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing strategies, including campaign management and audience targeting
  • Experience in Marketing Strategy, data analytics, and market research for increasing brand visibility and customer engagement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and marketing content
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the food and hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and relevant marketing tools is desirable
