Job Description

At Jaaji Technologies, we are driving digital transformation in the process industry through our award-winning inSis Suite, with a presence across 75+ sites in 9 countries.

We are looking for a strategic sales professional who can bridge the gap between legacy systems and modern, cloud-native ecosystems, while driving strong business growth.


🔹 Role Expectations

✔ Manage and grow key client accounts

✔ Drive consultative, solution-led sales

✔ Identify customer pain points and propose tailored digital solutions

✔ Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery

✔ Build long-term client relationships and drive revenue growth


🔹 What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in Strategic / Account Management / B2B Sales
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage enterprise clients
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to articulate complex technical solutions (SaaS, AI, Digitalisation)


🔹 Core Competencies
  • Consultative Selling: Identifying hidden pain points through value-based selling
  • Tech Exposure: Cloud (AWS/Azure), ERP/CRM integrations, AI/ML, IoT
  • Change Management: Engaging C-suite stakeholders for digital adoption
  • ROI Modelling: Demonstrating TCO and business impact
  • Storytelling: Translating technical solutions into business outcomes
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with Product, Engineering & Customer Success teams

🎓 Education
