Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Materials Control Manager located in Noida. The Materials Control Manager will oversee inventory control, coordinate and plan production requirements, and manage the handling and flow of materials to optimize efficiency. The role involves leading and supervising teams, ensuring proper materials management practices, and collaborating with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to facilitate seamless operations. The selected candidate will also be tasked with monitoring stock levels, implementing efficient processes, and ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Expertise in Inventory Control, ensuring optimal stock levels and reducing waste.
  • Proficiency in Production Planning to align materials availability with production schedules.
  • Experience with Material Handling to ensure proper storage, movement, and workflow of inventory.
  • In-depth knowledge of Materials Management, including sourcing, procurement, and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software for inventory and production planning management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certification in procurement or logistics is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar management role, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.
