An award-winning Ayurvedic luxury skincare and wellness brand, Purearth, is looking for a dynamic Business Manager to join our growing team.

Based in Delhi, with a global presence through our Hong Kong HQ, Purearth is a sustainable enterprise working across e-commerce and B2B channels. We collaborate with grassroots organisations across the Himalayas and India, sourcing fair-trade, sustainable ingredients.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven individual who can manage and streamline operations across business functions while supporting the growth of a global luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day business operations across B2B & D2C channels
• Manage MIS reporting, financial tracking, and administrative workflows
• Coordinate across e-commerce, production, logistics, and supply chain
• Handle client communication and portfolio management
• Support imports, exports, and vendor coordination

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of experience in operations/business management
• A degree in Business Management / Finance / Accounts is preferred
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, logistics, and production
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and execute independently
• A conscious mindset aligned with sustainability and ethical practices
