Role Description

This is a full-time, and may be remote or on-site role, for a Sales Account Executive. The Sales Account Executive will identify and generate new business opportunities, manage client accounts, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to offer tailored solutions. The individual will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and contributing to the company's overall growth objectives.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Lead Generation, including identifying prospects and securing new business opportunities
  • Proven skills in Account Management with a focus on maintaining and growing customer relationships
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
  • Expertise in Relationship Building to establish trust and long-term partnerships with clients
  • Demonstrated success in providing excellent Customer Service to enhance client satisfaction
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management systems is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
