Job Title : SaisonHerRise - Project Associate, Operations Loan Servicing
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Process Optimization: Assist in mapping and reviewing end-to-end customer lifecycle processes, from loan disbursement to final closure. You will help identify workflow inefficiencies, suggest communication improvements, and support the creation of clear standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Drive Repayment Automation: Help with initiatives to automate everyday repayment workflows, including EMI scheduling, NACH/ECS/UPI AutoPay setups, and loan statement generation. You will collaborate with technology teams to help build smooth, automated customer journeys.
- Assist with Portfolio Servicing: Support operational compliance and performance monitoring for Direct Assignment (DA) loan portfolios. This includes helping track collections and assisting with the automation of investor reporting workflows.
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Projects: Partner closely with internal teams such as IT, Risk, Finance, and Collections to support project delivery. You will contribute to process documentation, assist with user testing (UAT), and help track project milestones.
- Analyze Operational Data: Review repayment behaviors, success rates, and turnaround times to create helpful dashboards and MIS reports. Your insights will help the team reduce manual errors and make operations more scalable.
- Loan Operations Knowledge: A basic understanding of the loan servicing lifecycle and familiarity with payment modes like NACH, ECS, or e-mandates. Prior exposure to lending portfolios (like MSME, Home Loans, or Digital Loans) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Analytical Aptitude: Comfortable working with data and possess technical skills such MS Excel or Power BI to build trackers and monitor trends.
- Collaboration & Execution Focus: Ability to collaborate across different departments. We value an eagerness to learn new skills while driving meaningful operational improvements.
