Position Title: Associate - Project Management - Skill Operations

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Reporting To: Project Manager / Senior Project Lead
Employment Type: Full-time, in-office

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Management, Economics, Public Policy, Commerce, or related disciplines may apply for this position.
Master’s Degree (Preferred/Advantageous)
Candidates with a Master’s Degree in Development Studies, Management, Social Work, Public Policy, Economics, Human Resource Management, or related disciplines will be preferred.
Additional preference will be given to candidates possessing:
- Exposure to government-led skill development, livelihoods, or placement-linked programs.
- Experience in project coordination, field operations, MIS, or implementation support.
- Strong command over documentation, reporting, and process compliance.
- Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Ability to work in dynamic, field-heavy, and deadline-driven environments.
Relevant Work Experience
Candidates with 3 years of progressive experience in project management, skill operations, programme coordination, implementation support, stakeholder management, or large-scale development projects are eligible to apply for this position.
Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience in:
- Project planning and implementation.
- Ground-level coordination with field teams and training partners.
- Government and public sector stakeholder management.
- MIS creation, validation, and reporting.
- Documentation, compliance tracking, and review.
- Field monitoring and implementation audits.
- Training rollout, mobilisation, assessment, certification, and placement coordination.
- Working on skill development, livelihoods, education, or community-based programs.
Role Overview
The Associate - Project Management - Skill Operations will support the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of large-scale skill development and livelihood projects across Rajasthan and other geographies. The role requires strong project ownership, field coordination capability, detailed documentation discipline, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
The selected candidate will work closely with government stakeholders, training centres, internal teams, and field teams to ensure seamless delivery of project activities, timely reporting, and strict adherence to guidelines, targets, and quality standards across training and documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Support end-to-end planning and rollout of state-level and multi-district projects, translating approvals, scheme guidelines, and implementation requirements into executable workplans, milestone trackers, and operational calendars.
Day-to-Day Project Operations
Drive daily coordination across mobilisation, training, assessment, certification, placement, and post-training support activities to ensure smooth and timely execution of project deliverables.
Ground Coordination & Field Management
Coordinate closely with field teams, training centres, district coordinators, and implementation partners to resolve operational issues, align priorities, and ensure on-ground delivery standards are maintained.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as a key point of coordination with government officials, training partners, internal teams, vendors, and local stakeholders to support effective communication and delivery alignment.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain rigorous documentation across approvals, implementation, field visits, meeting notes, centre records, beneficiary data, and compliance submissions. Ensure accuracy, completeness, traceability, and audit readiness of all records.
MIS & Reporting
Build, maintain, and manage structured Excel-based MIS systems for tracking progress, gaps, bottlenecks, and operational performance. Prepare district-wise and project-wise dashboards, review sheets, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitoring & Review
Monitor physical progress against sanctioned targets, implementation timelines, and quality benchmarks. Conduct periodic reviews, validate field reports, and escalate risks or delays for timely resolution.
Field Visits & Verification
Conduct periodic field visits, implementation checks, and centre-level reviews to validate on-ground delivery, assess compliance, and identify operational improvement opportunities.
Reporting & Presentations
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, project briefs, completion notes, and progress updates for internal reviews, management discussions, and government stakeholders.
Research & Process Improvement
Conduct programme and policy research to support planning, problem-solving, and implementation decisions. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation systems, and delivery efficiency.
Additional Project Responsibilities
Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager, Senior Leadership, or the organisation in alignment with project requirements and operational priorities.

- People Management: Ability to guide teams, resolve coordination issues, motivate field staff, and ensure accountability.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Preference will also be given to candidates who demonstrate excellent ownership, people management ability, structured working style, and the ability to manage large-scale operational workflows with discipline and accuracy.
Travel & Mobility Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan and other project locations.
- Ability to conduct field visits, centre reviews, stakeholder meetings, and implementation checks.
- Flexibility to work in in-office as well as field-intensive environments.
- Comfortable with periodic travel and long working hours during critical project cycles.
