Accurex Biomedical is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and expand our sales operations. The RSM will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing distributor networks, and driving revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Prior experience managing teams and handling distributor networks.
• Strong ability to communicate, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
• Familiarity with the IVD market, customer base, and sales channels.
• Should be open to frequent travel across the assigned region.
• Understanding of diagnostic instruments, reagents, and laboratory workflows

• Experience managing sales teams
• Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
