This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will oversee daily company operations, ensure efficient processes, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include managing company budgets, leading operational strategies, analyzing performance data, and working closely with other executives to achieve organizational goals. The COO will also foster a productive organizational culture and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

• Proven expertise in Business Planning and developing strategic operational frameworks.
• Strong experience in Operations Management with the ability to oversee complex processes and implement efficiency improvements.
• Analytical Skills to interpret data and metrics for informed decision-making.
• Solid knowledge of Finance and Budgeting principles to manage resources effectively.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience in automation, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
