Role Description

Manage end-to-end HR operations for Bee International, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to policies.

Handle recruitment by sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and completing onboarding and joining formalities.

Maintain employee records, prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and manage resignation and exit procedures.

Address employee queries, draft HR emails and notices, and resolve concerns professionally while enforcing HR policies.

Track attendance and manage workflow arrangements during staff shortages or emergencies.

Coordinate with B2B partners, vendors for effective operations

Implement HR policies, improve internal processes, maintain workplace discipline, and ensure compliance across both companies.

Organize employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and celebrations to promote a positive work culture.

Work closely with top management and cross-functional teams while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.


Qualifications

  • Proficient in HR Management and overarching Human Resources practices
  • Experience with drafting and implementing HR Policies and Job Description Development
  • Skilled in managing Employee Relations and fostering positive workplace environments
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in a related role is highly desirable


Salary Range: 20,000 to 30,000
