Role Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Room Attendant for a full-time position based on-site in Gurugram. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas. Daily tasks include cleaning rooms, changing bed linens, replenishing amenities, handling laundry, and ensuring high standards of hygiene. Additionally, the Room Attendant will provide excellent customer service, respond to guest requests promptly, and contribute to a welcoming hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Housekeeping and Clean Rooms to maintain tidiness and hygiene standards
• Proficiency in handling Laundry services and managing related tasks
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and handle requests efficiently
