IT Audit Manager – Technology Architecture - Financial Services

Role Overview:

Leads IT infrastructure audit and assessment projects, focusing on the design, implementation, and resilience of core banking and financial services infrastructure.

Key Experience & Skills:

8+ years in IT infrastructure engineering within banking or financial services.
Deep expertise in data center, branch and cloud operations, server/storage management, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and high-availability architectures.
Experience with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, FFIEC, MAS TRM) and industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST).
Strong understanding of disaster recovery, business continuity, and capacity planning in regulated environments.
Proven ability to assess infrastructure risks, identify single points of failure, and recommend remediation.
Familiarity with infrastructure automation, monitoring, and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
Certifications: ITIL, MCSE, VMware, or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

Lead audits of IT infrastructure (on-premises, cloud and hybrid) for compliance, resilience, and efficiency.
Evaluate infrastructure change management, patching, backup/restoration, BCP/DR and configuration management processes.
Collaborate with IT operations, architecture, and risk teams to ensure alignment with business and regulatory needs.
Mentor audit team members on infrastructure best practices.
