Job Description :

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop business rules, with a preference for experience using Drools.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Translate business requirements into rules and test their efficiency to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Manage existing rule sets, conduct periodic assessments, and perform maintenance as necessary to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing and developing business rules, with expertise in Drools preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into rules-based logic.
• Experience working closely with stakeholders for requirement gathering and ensuring business rule alignment with organizational objectives.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
