What makes the role meaty?
- Manage a team of 100+ riders and 30+ hub crew, including packers and support staff
- Drive team performance through training, coaching, and development programs
- Ensure smooth operations at the hub by implementing and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Optimize resources to achieve cost and time efficiency in last-mile deliveries
- Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Create and present regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics
- Proficient in Marathi, Hindi, and English to communicate effectively with ground staff and higher management
- Address rider and hub crew concerns, ensuring a harmonious work environment
- Ready to relocate across Bangalore as per business requirements
- Open to learning and adapting to new systems, technologies, and processes
- Lead by example to motivate the team and resolve conflicts efficiently
- Ensure high service levels through proactive problem-solving and contingency planning
- Enforce safety standards and compliance at the hub and during deliveries
- Monitor adherence to company policies and local regulations
- Oversee timely and accurate order fulfilment to meet customer expectations
- Address escalations and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Recruit and onboard riders, packers, and hub staff efficiently to meet operational demands if required
- Conduct interviews, training, and orientation sessions for new hires

- Experience: 4+years in Hub/ dark store management

- Operationally focused and possesses strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage large teams and ensure adherence to SOPs is crucial for success
