Beyond sales, the store offers one-to-one and customized training programs, helping customers set up devices, transfer data, and build skills over time. The business also provides tailored solutions for organizations, advising on Mac deployments, network upgrades, software enhancements, and incentive programs using Apple products.

Role Description The Rewards Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing customer rewards and loyalty programs that strengthen engagement with Imagine. The person in this position will analyze customer data, segment audiences, and track program performance to optimize benefits, participation, and retention. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with store teams and marketing to promote rewards initiatives, overseeing enrollment and redemption processes, and ensuring clear communication of program rules and features. The role also involves partnering with business stakeholders to align the rewards program with sales objectives, maintaining accurate documentation, and preparing regular reports and insights for management.

Qualifications

• Experience in loyalty or rewards program management, customer engagement, or CRM operations.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, including comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Background in marketing, retail operations, or customer experience, preferably in consumer electronics or premium retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with store teams and corporate stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM or customer loyalty platforms and basic understanding of segmentation and campaign management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in marketing or analytics are a plus.
• Comfort with Apple products and interest in technology, with readiness to learn the Imagine Store ecosystem.
