About The Role

Hiring for a Finance Controller / Finance Operations Manager to manage finance operations, cashflow planning, MIS reporting, reconciliations, payment operations, and financial controls in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the company s 12-week rolling cashflow
  • Manage weekly cashflow updates and payment planning
  • Ensure timely payments with no missed cheques or dues
  • Own monthly MIS reporting including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow
  • Deliver reports within the first 3 5 days of every month
  • Manage revenue reconciliation and identify revenue leakage
  • Oversee accounts payable and payment operations
  • Ensure owner statements are accurate and delivered on time
  • Manage and guide junior finance team members
  • Improve finance workflows, controls, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure finance SOPs and processes are consistently followed
  • Support automation and process improvement initiatives

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting operations, MIS reporting, or financial controls
  • Strong hands-on experience in cashflow management and reconciliations
  • Mandatory expertise in MIS reporting and operational finance processes
  • Strong Excel skills are mandatory
  • Experience handling accounts payable and payment operations
  • Strong understanding of financial controls and reporting operations
  • Experience managing finance workflows and operational processes
  • Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and process management skills
