As we continue to scale our retail and commerce presence, we are looking for an experienced Retail Planner – Beauty & Personal Care who can drive sales planning, inventory optimization, assortment strategy, demand forecasting, store performance, and business growth across brands and channels.
As a Retail Planner – Beauty & Personal Care, you will be responsible for sales planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, assortment planning, merchandising, and business performance across Clinikally’s retail and commerce channels.
You will work closely with Category, Brand Partnerships, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Store teams to ensure the right products are available at the right time, in the right quantity, while maintaining healthy inventory levels and supporting sustainable business growth.
You will also play an important role in planning and scaling Clinikally Experience Centres (CECs) by supporting assortment decisions, inventory requirements, launch readiness, store performance tracking, and expansion planning.
- Build category, brand, SKU, channel, and store-level sales forecasts.
- Analyse historical sales trends, seasonality, customer demand, launches, and promotional activity.
- Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly demand plans aligned with business targets.
- Identify potential growth opportunities and demand risks.
- Track plan versus actual performance and recommend corrective actions where required.
- Monitor inventory health, stock cover, ageing, stock-outs, excess inventory, and slow-moving SKUs.
- Maintain optimal stock levels across categories, brands, channels, and stores.
- Support replenishment planning based on demand, sales velocity, lead times, and business priorities.
- Identify inventory risks early and recommend corrective actions.
- Improve inventory productivity while reducing avoidable stock-outs and overstock situations.
- Support and manage Open-to-Buy planning across categories and brands.
- Recommend purchase quantities based on sales trends, stock cover, lead times, promotions, and business plans.
- Coordinate with category, buying, supply chain, and brand teams for purchase planning and replenishment.
- Ensure inventory investment is aligned with demand and commercial priorities.
- Analyse category and SKU performance to identify assortment gaps and expansion opportunities.
- Support assortment decisions for new brands, new launches, existing categories, and store-specific requirements.
- Review product productivity, sell-through, margins, availability, and customer demand.
- Work closely with category and brand teams to improve assortment quality, product visibility, and conversion.
- Track brand-wise and category-wise sales, margins, sell-through, stock cover, and target achievement.
- Review performance against plans and highlight key variances.
- Support brand onboarding, product launches, pricing changes, promotional events, and campaign planning.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve category growth and profitability.
- Support planning and performance tracking for existing and upcoming Clinikally Experience Centres.
- Plan store-level assortment, inventory, and stock requirements based on customer demand, location, and sales potential.
- Monitor CEC-wise sales, category performance, inventory health, productivity, and conversion.
- Support new CEC launches by coordinating assortment, inventory, merchandising, and operational readiness.
- Identify opportunities to improve store performance and build scalable planning processes as the CEC network expands.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth launch and ongoing performance of new centres.
