Project Purchase - AM/Dy Manager

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)

The Kiran Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Purchase – Projects professional to manage end-to-end procurement activities for industrial and warehousing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for CAPEX, OPEX, and MRO procurement, vendor management, contract administration, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services while maintaining quality, cost, and delivery standards.

• Manage procurement activities for project-related materials, equipment, and services.
• Handle CAPEX, OPEX, and MRO procurement requirements.
• Prepare and evaluate technical and commercial comparisons.
• Conduct vendor identification, evaluation, negotiations, and finalization.
• Draft, review, and administer purchase contracts and agreements.
• Build and maintain strong Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
• Ensure timely closure of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for all project sites.
• Monitor procurement schedules and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, finance, and site teams for procurement planning.
• Resolve procurement-related issues and vendor conflicts effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and contractual obligations.
• Lead the purchase department and drive continuous process improvements.
