Role Description

• Need 1-5 years of experience.
•  To ensure right product at right time is available at stores
• Maintain display capacity or base stock at stores as per defined norm
• Daily sales refill to be shared every working day
• Monitor stock gaps regularly and refill the stock
• Monitor stock status every week and take corrective action
• Plan monthly stock requirement in align with the target and sales performance
• Core stocks refill to happen on time considering the lead time of stocks reaching till warehouse & store
• Cover days to be maintained as per defined norm for Fashion and core
• Regularly co-ordinate with Branch Managers and understand the concern related to stock
• Co-ordinate with warehouse team on the inward and dispatches of stock to floor
• Identify fast and slow moving styles and initiate shuffling of stock for better sell through
• Old season merchandise stock mix to be viewed every month and do necessary inter-store transfers to maintain freshness at store
• Regularly check the GRN inwards and highlight merchandising team asap if any category is going out of stock
• Able to train new joiners in the team
