Role Description

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate for a part-time in-store role based in Anderson Township, Cincinnati, OH. As a Retail Associate, you will assist customers in-store by providing exceptional service and product recommendations, ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience. Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day store operations, managing inventory, restocking shelves, handling transactions, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
• Experience in delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable customer experiences
• Familiarity with inventory management practices, including restocking and ordering products
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a brick-and-mortar work environment
• Basic computer skills and experience with online order processing systems are a plus
• Flexibility to support store operations during busy seasons, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous retail experience is preferred
