Role Description
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient workflows. Key responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring quality service, optimizing food and beverage operations, and addressing customer needs in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure all guests have a positive dining experience.
- Leadership abilities to oversee Hiring and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills to facilitate seamless interactions with staff and customers.
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations to maintain high-quality standards and operational efficiency.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle daily challenges in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
