Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Singapore market
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with hiring managers and HR teams
- Understand client hiring needs and propose appropriate staffing solutions (Contract / Permanent / RPO)
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets
- Maintain pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Stay updated with Singapore hiring trends, compliance, and market intelligence
