Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Singapore market
  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with hiring managers and HR teams
  • Understand client hiring needs and propose appropriate staffing solutions (Contract / Permanent / RPO)
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
  • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets
  • Maintain pipeline and update CRM regularly
  • Stay updated with Singapore hiring trends, compliance, and market intelligence
