Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Construction Manager. As a Construction Manager, you will oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure safe, efficient, and timely completion of construction projects. Responsibilities include managing on-site staff, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines, maintaining construction safety standards, and implementing effective project controls to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in construction management with strong skills in project control and ensuring timely project completion.
• Proficiency in supervisory skills to effectively lead and manage on-site teams.
• Expertise in budgeting to monitor and manage costs while maintaining financial objectives.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Relevant education or certification in construction management, civil engineering, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with industry software and tools for project planning and management is highly advantageous.
