Job Description

JD:

The Resource manager will be responsible for effectively managing and optimizing the allocation of human resources within the organization. This role involves collaborating with department heads, project managers, and HR to ensure that the right people are assigned to the right projects at the right time. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to ensure optimal utilization of talent across the organization.
  • Work closely with project managers and department heads to understand project requirements and resource needs.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date resource allocation database, including employee skills, availability, and project assignments.
  • Proactively identify potential resource constraints or conflicts and propose solutions to address them.
  • Collaborate with HR to develop and implement talent utilization and retention strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on resource utilization and availability to senior management.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and HR to facilitate resource allocation and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with L&D team on training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • 8+ of experience in talent management, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and resource management software/tools.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
