Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial health of The Den, Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Bengaluru. The Finance Manager will handle budgeting, financial reporting, audits, compliance, and ensure adherence to financial regulations. Responsibilities include preparing financial forecasts, managing cash flow, analyzing financial performance, and supporting strategic decisions with data-driven insights. Collaborating with the operations team, the manager will streamline financial processes and provide guidance on cost optimization and revenue growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, financial reporting standards, and audits
• Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to hospitality and real estate finance
• Ability to provide strategic financial insights and support data-driven decision-making
• Strong leadership and team management skills with excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CA/CPA preferred)
• Prior experience in the Hotel Industry
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
