Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Residential Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves driving property sales by liaising with clients for residential projects, conducting site visits, negotiating contracts, and providing personalized customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The specialist will also work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Residential Real Estate and Closures.
• Strong knowledge of Gurugram real estate market and luxury projects.
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and understanding of real estate agreements.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client-first approach.
• Ability to effectively communicate and establish relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
