Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Kochi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships. Key tasks include identifying and acquiring prospective customers, developing effective sales strategies, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves tracking sales performance, achieving sales targets, and reporting on performance metrics to senior management. Collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies and identify market trends will also be essential to success in this role.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development skills to identify opportunities and close deals
  • Strong Negotiation and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning to drive sales initiatives
  • Leadership and Team Management experience to guide and motivate sales teams
  • Customer Service and Client Retention expertise to ensure a positive client experience
  • Time Management and Organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic tech skills to track and manage leads
  • Background in travel sales or tourism industry is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
