Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Reservation Associate/Travel Associate to join our team on-site in Jaipur or Delhi. In this role, you will handle customer reservations, manage booking inquiries, and communicate effectively to provide tailored service. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, upselling travel-related products, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also contribute to smooth operational workflows within the hospitality sector and actively support sales efforts to achieve company objectives.
