Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* *Territory Revenue Ownership:* Formulating, piloting, and executing strategic media sales playbooks to consistently hit and exceed quarterly and annual advertising revenue targets across your designated Rajasthan market cluster.
* *Strategic Account Management:* Cultivating, expanding, and managing high-value relationships directly with enterprise brand custodians, regional corporate heads, local retail pioneers, and key advertising agencies.
* *Integrated Media Selling:* Partnering with internal programming and creative cells to conceptualize, pitch, and sell value-driven, customized branded content properties and multi-channel advertising campaigns across BIG FM's media ecosystem.
* *Team Leadership & Enablement:* Guiding, mentoring, and tracking a high-performing regional team of sales professionals to optimize business development pipelines and drive revenue discipline.
* *New Business Origination:* Actively prospecting, building, and expanding the advertiser pipeline through consistent lead generation and client onboarding frameworks.
* *Full-Cycle Deal Closure:* Managing end-to-end business development cycles—from initial brand brief discovery and creative ideation to commercial negotiation, high-stakes deck presentation, and structural campaign execution.
Requirements
* *Experience Base:* 8 to 15 years of progressive, verified professional success operating explicitly within *Media Sales, Radio Advertising Sales, Advertising Agencies, or Entertainment Content Sales*.
* *Commercial Acumen:* Exceptional negotiation, consultative selling, and executive presentation capabilities with a demonstrated history of driving strategic client partnerships and managing regional P&L metrics.
* *Leadership Gravity:* A proven track record of leading, mentoring, and scaling high-velocity sales pods while working independently to champion localized business growth.
* *Regional Market Familiarity:* Deep geographic understanding and structural network familiarity within the specific corporate and retail advertising circles of Rajasthan (Ajmer, Bikaner, Jodhpur, or Udaipur).
