Food Service Sales Manager

Job Title: AGM / DGM – Industrial Sales (Food Services)

Location: Chennai

Salary: ₹20 – 30 LPA

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive new business acquisition in industrial food services, contract catering, corporate dining, and cafeteria management across manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new business across manufacturing plants, industrial parks, logistics hubs, automotive, FMCG, pharma, and electronics companies.
• Lead the complete sales cycle: prospecting, client presentations, solution development, negotiations, and contract closure.
• Build strong relationships with Plant Heads, HR/Admin Leaders, Procurement Heads, Facility Managers, and CXOs.
• Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to deliver customized food service solutions.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, and client acquisition targets while maintaining a strong pipeline.

Candidate Profile:

• 12+ years of experience in Industrial Sales / Business Development within Food Services, Hospitality, or Contract Catering.
• Proven track record in selling food service solutions to large industrial and manufacturing organizations.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hunter mindset with ability to work independently in an Individual Contributor (IC) role.
• Preferred background: Leading Food Service, Contract Catering, Hospitality, or Workplace Experience organizations.
• MBA / Hotel Management qualification preferred.
