Role Description

We are seeking a Relationship Officer to join our team at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance in Phagwara. This is a full-time, on-site role where the individual will work closely with Axis Bank to manage and grow business relationships. Core responsibilities include driving sales of life insurance products, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries. The Role also entails collaborating with bank staff to identify new business opportunities and educating customers about suitable insurance plans tailored to their needs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Business Relationship Management and the ability to manage and strengthen professional relationships
• Basic knowledge of Finance and financial products, particularly in the insurance and banking sector
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer and stakeholder interaction
• Customer Service skills with a focus on providing tailored solutions and resolving issues efficiently
• Strong Sales acumen with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment
• Any prior experience in insurance or financial services would be an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
