Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager/Relationship Officer role based in Rudrapur. The role involves identifying potential customers, explaining home loan products, and guiding them through the application, documentation, and approval process. The Relationship Manager/Relationship Officer will maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers, build strong relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include assessing customer needs, coordinating with internal teams for timely processing, following up on loan applications, and meeting assigned sales and collection targets. The role also includes conducting market visits, participating in local promotional activities, and providing feedback on customer requirements and market trends.
Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building, customer service, and client management skills.
  • Sales, negotiation, and business development abilities, preferably in financial services or housing finance.
  • Basic understanding of home loan products, credit assessment, and documentation processes.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in local language and English or Hindi.
  • Ability to work on-site in Rudrapur, perform field visits, and manage time and priorities efficiently.
  • Comfort with using computers, MS Office, and mobile-based applications for daily reporting and follow-up.
  • Prior experience in NBFCs, banks, or housing finance companies is an advantage.
  • Minimum educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline; a degree in finance, commerce, or business is preferred.
