Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager Synergy, located in Raipur. The Relationship Manager Synergy will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and addressing their financial needs, and promoting the company's products and services. The role includes meeting sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role will involve market analysis to explore business growth opportunities and improve client engagement strategies.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building customer relationships and providing personalized service
- Sales acumen with an understanding of financial products, including home loans, fixed deposits, and loans against property
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for market analysis and identifying customer needs
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven, team-oriented environment
- Preferred: Prior experience in financial services or related industries
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Educational qualification in Finance, Business, or a related field is an advantage
