Role Description

This is a full-time AI Systems Engineer role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area with hybrid work flexibility. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the company’s AI systems, architecting scalable backend infrastructures, integrating agent workflows, and creating interactive features for spatial data navigation. Additional tasks involve designing algorithms, optimizing performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the innovation of procedural AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning models
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes
• Knowledge of backend system design, data structures, algorithms, and state architectures
• Familiarity with agent orchestration systems and procedural AI techniques
• Competence with front-end technologies including spatial computing or XR interfaces
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Prior experience in AI-driven systems or operational intelligence as a plus
