Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Kolkata. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their insurance and financial product needs, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with customers to identify their requirements, cross-selling and upselling appropriate products, and maintaining strong, long-term client partnerships. The role also involves proactively achieving sales targets, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in customer service and consultative selling techniques.
• Understanding of financial and insurance products, including motor, health, life insurance, and loans.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment while ensuring client-centric services.
• Problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of local market trends and the ability to work in a collaborative, on-site team setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus.
