The incumbent will also manage dealership business clients and contribute to the overall objectives of the branch banking channel.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for tractor loans by conducting credit assessments and offering end-to-end financial solutions.
- Maintain strong engagement with existing customers through regular communication, including updates on interest rates and product offerings.
- Empanel new dealers, DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), and DSTs (Direct Sales Teams) in the market.
- Generate new leads for dealership business through referrals, promotional activities, and customer interactions.
- Conduct policy training sessions for internal team members to ensure alignment with product guidelines.
- Proactively resolve customer queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor channel and team performance to ensure quality sourcing and a healthy loan portfolio.
- Analyse competitor products and market practices to inform growth strategies.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
- Plan and execute sales promotions and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with other business verticals to identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Gather feedback from customers and channels to refine and improve growth strategies.
Education
- Graduate in any discipline (e.g., BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BTech, BE).
- 3 years of relevant experience in branch banking, preferably in rural lending or tractor finance.
- Strong understanding of tractor loan products and rural customer needs.
- Proven ability in customer acquisition and dealership relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and competitor strategies.
- Experience in managing sales channels and dealer networks.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support team members.
- High level of integrity and compliance orientation.
- Strategic thinking and execution capability.
