Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing & Relationship Manager who will act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring smooth project execution, and coordinating effectively with internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients for all communication, queries, and updates
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Understand client requirements and ensure clear communication to internal teams
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing, etc.) for timely delivery of tasks/projects
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Conduct regular client meetings, calls, and follow-ups
  • Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner
  • Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
  • Maintain proper documentation of client interactions, requirements, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams for onboarding new clients


Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of project management / client servicing processes
  • Knowledge of digital marketing / IT services (preferred but not mandatory)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in client servicing, account management, or coordination roles
  • Familiarity with project management tools (like Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.)
