Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager at GyanDhan, you will play a critical role in driving B2B sales and building partnerships with study abroad consultants, channel partners, DSAs, and coaching institutes. Your goal is to generate student referrals across both education loans and B2B admissions, position GyanDhan as the preferred financing and admission partner, and drive partner adoption of Setulin, GyanDhan's study-abroad CRM.

Your goal is to generate student referrals across both education loans and B2B admissions, position GyanDhan as the preferred financing and admission partner, and drive partner adoption of Setulin, GyanDhan's study-abroad CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Sales & Field Partnerships: Identify and secure new business opportunities through consultants, channel partners, DSAs, and coaching institutes. Focus on field sales to drive referrals and build strong partnerships across both loan and admission business lines.
- B2B Admissions: Expand partner engagement beyond loans to include admission referrals, driving cross-sell of GyanDhan's admission services alongside education loan products.
- Setulin CRM Adoption: Onboard and train partners on Setulin so they manage the full student journey from enquiry to admission on the CRM, replacing manual tracking via Google Sheets or diaries. Drive consistent partner usage to improve lead visibility, cross-sell, and conversion tracking.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring consistent support and communication through regular meetings and networking.
- Achieve Referral & Sales Targets: Drive the referral pipeline across loans and admissions, ensuring 100% student referrals from your partner network, contributing to increased disbursements, admission conversions, and overall growth.
- Strategic Planning & Market Insights: Identify key business opportunities, monitor market trends, and ensure GyanDhan's loan and admission offerings remain competitive.
- Partner Education & Support: Organize webinars, seminars, and training sessions to educate partners on GyanDhan's loan and admission products and on using Setulin effectively.
- Resolve Issues & Ensure Smooth Operations: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing timely solutions to any concerns and ensuring seamless operations.
- Track Performance & Report Results: Monitor and report key metrics, including referral rates, loan disbursements, admission conversions, Setulin adoption/usage rates, partner satisfaction, and sales performance to senior management.
- 2+ years in B2B sales, relationship management, business development, or field sales (experience with study abroad consultants, DSAs, or coaching institutes is a plus).
- Proven skills in negotiation, persuasion, and driving business growth.
- Comfort with CRM tools; experience driving partner/customer adoption of a CRM or digital platform is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
- Target-driven and results-oriented, with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
