Role Description

The Relationship Manager (Mortgage) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, OH. In this role, you will manage and nurture client relationships, identify customer needs, and provide tailored mortgage solutions. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the loan process, maintaining client records, meeting sales targets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will also collaborate with internal teams to create seamless customer experiences.

• Expertise in client relationship management, consultation, and customer service
• Sales, negotiation, and business development skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client portfolios
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in mortgage or financial services preferred
