Job Overview
Mangal Reality is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to build and
maintain strong client relationships in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible
for generating sales, handling client queries, managing site visits, coordinating with
brokers/channel partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Connect and coordinate with brokers and channel partners to generate sales leads.
Source leads through channel partners and ensure regular follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects.
Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective buyers.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, marketing, legal, accounts) for smooth processing.
Maintain accurate client and broker data in CRM systems.
Provide after-sales support and generate referrals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Freshers can also apply (training will be provided).
0–2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Direct Sales preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
