As a Project Intern for Talent Acquisition, you will be an integral part of our recruitment team, working closely with our talented professionals. Your primary focus will be on sourcing and attracting top talent, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate MIS. You will have the opportunity to contribute to our weekend drives, where we aim to identify and engage with potential candidates.

Responsibilities
- Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintain accurate records and MIS, tracking candidate progress and providing regular updates to the team.
- Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with our company's goals and values.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates, evaluating their skills and qualifications.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates, providing them with a positive and engaging experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide suitable candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Assist in the organization and execution of weekend drives, ensuring a successful and productive event.
- Support the talent acquisition team in any other tasks as required, contributing to the overall recruitment process.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other recruitment tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment and sourcing.
- Familiarity with HR concepts and best practices is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment strategies and technologies.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for talent acquisition.
