Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their real estate and investment requirements, and offering suitable property solutions. The Relationship Manager will conduct client meetings, property site visits, and follow-ups, while coordinating with internal teams and developer partners to ensure smooth transactions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and supporting clients throughout the purchase, sale, or rental process. The role also involves working towards revenue targets, gathering market insights, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management, consultation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Sound understanding of real estate markets, property types (residential, industrial, commercial), and investment advisory practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present property options clearly and handle client queries professionally.
  • Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple clients, site visits, documentation, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic digital platforms for maintaining client records and preparing reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in real estate sales or brokerage is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida, with flexibility for fieldwork and client meetings as needed.
  • High level of integrity, customer-centric mindset, and a results-oriented approach aligned with organizational goals.
