Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month


Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), customer support, sales coordination, or client servicing. Experience in the solar industry will be an added advantage.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred).


Role Overview

Soltrac Power is looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication between customers and internal teams, maintain CRM records, resolve customer queries, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from lead conversion to project completion and after-sales support.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely updates on project progress.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.

CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update all interactions in the company's CRM software.
  • Track project milestones, customer follow-ups, and pending activities.
  • Ensure customer data is complete, accurate, and up to date.

Customer Support & Coordination

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
  • Coordinate with sales, technical, project, liaison, and accounts teams for timely issue resolution.
  • Ensure smooth coordination from project confirmation to final handover.

After-Sales Support

  • Follow up with customers after project completion to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate service requests, warranty claims, and maintenance requirements.
  • Collect customer feedback and work towards improving service quality.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain records of complaints and resolutions.
  • Support management with customer analytics and performance reports.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
  • Good coordination, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional, patient, and customer-centric approach.

Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday
